Data controller: Minh Lam / Duma Studio (details above). Data processed: email (account), team name and emblem (shown to other players), licence plate (SOLE purpose: game matchmaking between nearby cars; never shown in full to other players — always partially masked), approximate GPS position (cells of about 20 to 40 km and 150 m) kept for at most 5 minutes, NEVER a trip history. Game events (points, challenges, purchases) kept for the duration of the season. Legal basis: consent (plate, notifications) and performance of the contract (game). The plate entered during a sighting or a mission is never stored. Your rights: access, rectification, erasure (deleting the account erases plate, sightings and presence in cascade), portability, objection — to be exercised at contact@plakadam.games. You may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be) or with the authority of your country of residence. The game is restricted to people aged 13 and over. No free-form messaging. Payments: processed by Stripe (web), Apple or Google (apps); we store no banking data. Rewarded ads (apps): Google AdMob, on a voluntary action and after consent.
1. The game is STRICTLY reserved for passengers. The driver must never operate the application; each crew is responsible for this. 2. Account: one account per licence plate. In case of impersonation, contact contact@plakadam.games (registration certificate may be requested). 3. Points: free, with no monetary value, non-transferable. 4. Tokens: consumable digital goods with no monetary value, usable only for convenience features (hints, relaunches, cosmetics). Tokens CANNOT be wagered on games. 5. Summer Pass: one-time purchase valid for the current season (2026). 6. Conduct: any technical circumvention (GPS spoofing, automation) leads to account suspension. 7. The publisher may evolve the service; the applicable terms are those published in the application. Governing law: Belgian law. Consumer disputes: European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
Purchases (Summer Pass, token packs) are digital content supplied immediately. In accordance with European consumer law, by confirming the purchase you request immediate performance and acknowledge losing your 14-day right of withdrawal once the content is delivered (tokens credited / Pass activated). Before delivery, the right of withdrawal applies in full. In case of a problem (purchase not credited, double billing, error), write to contact@plakadam.games within 30 days: we will re-credit or refund any undelivered purchase. Purchases made via the App Store or Google Play can also be refunded directly through Apple or Google. Tokens already consumed and Pass periods already elapsed are not refundable, unless a mandatory legal provision states otherwise.
